RETURN POLICY
You can make a return within 30 days of placing your order for a refund.
FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES TO ENSURE A VALID RETURN AND EFFICIENT PROCESSING.
Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached.
PRE-PAID EXPRESS RETURNS
We offer a pre-paid returns service. Mail in, drop off or book a collection for your return.
- New, unworn, and unwashed merchandise may be returned for a refund within 30 days, with proof of purchase.
- Merchandise must be in original condition, with all tags and liners still attached; untagged items should be returned with original packaging.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only (including prepaid credit cards).
- Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
- Online orders may be returned by mail.
- Combined returns are prohibited.
- Return labels for APO/FPO addresses cannot be generated.
- Once you have submitted your return request online, you will receive a Return Authorisation email containing a pre-paid express returns label from DPD (GB) and DHL (Northern Ireland).
- To drop off your items choose from 8000+ DPD drop off locations across Great Britain including Post Offices. Find your nearest DPD drop off point here.
- To return your order from Northern Ireland, please contact help@skims.com to be issued a DHL pre-paid label.
- Once your return is received and verified, your refund will be issued. Please note that returns can take up to 2-3 business days to be processed.
- Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
- All returns are subject to a £7 return shipping fee, deducted from your refund.
All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and ultimately at SKIMS’ discretion, including determining whether an item is unworn and unwashed, with the intent of providing the best experience to our guests. Potential fraud or abuse of this policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of future transactions or returns. If we choose to provide a refund beyond 30 days or in the event there’s no proof of purchase, refunds will be applied to a SKIMS gift card or in accordance with applicable local laws.
In some circumstances, we may request that additional information be provided, including personal information, for verification purposes. SKIMS’ practices relating to collection, use, and sharing of such personal information are further detailed in our PRIVACY POLICY.
